      Australia - Australia Post delivers most packages and we charge the following flat rate: ​

      Delivery, within Australia $12

      • Orders $50 and over receive 50% off shipping $6
      • Orders $100 and over receive free shipping

      International - Until we have worked out the international delivery prices, can you please contact us for international orders?

      Whenever possible, your items are lovingly wrapped in recycled, reused padded bags, boxes, bubble wrap, shredded paper and/or any other packaging we receive.

      Returns

      As it is our wish for you to fully enjoy this retail experience, can you please advise us if you are not entirely satisfied with your items and when possible, notify us within 30 days of receiving your purchase? For a return, we can offer credit, replacement or refund.

      • Can items please be returned in the condition they were supplied with your receipt?
      • If there is no receipt, can you please provide us with your name, address, invoice number and/or date of purchase?
      • Refunds are given on the value of the item, not including the original delivery payment.
      • Delivery of replacement items and/or returns is free.
      • All returns sent back to Cindy Louise are at your own expense.
      • If the item is faulty or damaged, can you please contact us as soon as possible?
      • We may request a picture of the product for insurance purposes and/or to assess if a replacement item can be delivered without the original item being returned.
